奇洱文創 (Chill Entertainment) is one of the most prominent new music companies in Taiwan in recent years, founded by producers Starr Chen and Shrimp Kang. The company specializes in Artist Management, Music Production, Copyright Service, event coordination, and other music services.

Chill Entertainment houses the boldest new-generation hip-hop label, "Asia Freaks," with artists such as CZ Dogg（潮州土狗） and E1and. They have also collaborated with artists like Asiaboy & Lizi, Fivewood, and Majin. Each of whom has had a significant impact on Taiwan's younger generation.

The Chill Production Department is led by Music Director W.Lin, a versatile producer who has collaborated with numerous renowned artists and bands, including Mayday, Trash, Nick Chou, Shin, SHOU…etc. The team also includes Wayson, the strongest new-generation mixing engineer, with extensive collaboration experience with popular artists such as Nick Chou, Nine One One, SHOU, Marz23, Amazing Show Band, and Jolin Tsai. Other talented producers include Sōryo, who arranged songs for Chen Hsien-ching, wannasleep, and Gummy B. And 2-CHI, who assisted with Mayday’s concert arrangements, produced multiple tracks for the champion of "The Rappers 2," and composed the theme song for the movie “Scamsgiving”. Additionally, the team includes TJ Hsu, the producer behind the most powerful hip-hop love song "Galaxy”. And W2, a unique female electronic music producer. These producers have quietly been cultivating Taiwan’s hip-hop scene from behind the scenes.
